Viningmedia: Viningmedia, acting under the name Wonensale.nl and located at Dahliastraat 7, 4651KP Steenbergen, which offers the Services/Products of Third Parties to Users via the Platform and receives a commission for this.
Applicability
These General Terms and Conditions shall exclusively apply to all legal relationships with Viningmedia. General terms and conditions and other clauses (deviating from these General Terms and Conditions) used by Users shall explicitly be rejected by Viningmedia.

Offer

Misuse of the Platform

The User is also not allowed to:

Maintenance and Adjustments
Viningmedia will make every effort to ensure that the Platform functions properly and with care, but can never guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted and without malfunctions.
Viningmedia maintains the Platform and can release updates to make adjustments, add new functionalities or improve performance.
Viningmedia has the right to change or remove information or functionality on the Platform.
Information provided by the User
By inputting information into the Platform, the User agrees that this information may be shared with other Users, in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in the Privacy Policy.
The User is obliged to provide all data and documents that Viningmedia believes are necessary for the correct execution of the Service and a legal obligation, in a timely and desired form and manner.
The User is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the data and documents made available to the Platform, even if they originate from third parties.
